On February 7th 2018, the REDD Research and Development Center of the Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute (FFPRI) will hold an International Seminar, "Key to expand REDD-plus - Approaches and Challenges for REDD-plus learned from practice in the field -", in International Conference Hall, Tokyo International Exchange Center, jointly organized with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Japan Public-Private Platform for REDD+, and International Tropical Timber Organization (ITTO).

This event, which will be held in English and Japanese, is free and open to the public. In addition to the experts who are implementing REDD-plus, stakeholders, and citizens who are interested in forest conservation, preservation of bio-diversity, ending poverty, and promoting sustainable society are welcome to attend the seminar.
